3.1. Validating the order. When an order is placed, the company reserves the right to re-verify the details after the payment in order to make sure that the requirements and scope of work are a match.

3.2. Following the order volume. Volume refers to the number of words an order is required to have per page. When a customer requires a certain number of pages for an order, he or she must know that a standard is followed in order to ensure safety - deceiving methods such as abnormal spacing and fonts are avoided this way.

The company guarantees to respect the “275 per page double spaced” or “550 words per page single spaced rule.” If a mistake related to this aspect appears, the company will provide the revision necessary to correct it.

3.3. Changing order details. The customer will be allowed to make free changes to the initial instructions only before the writer starts writing the paper. If they happen at a later time, additional fees will be applied in order to reflect the increase in work needed.

3.4. Resources. In cases when the customer requires specific material to be used as a resource, he or she needs to provide the writer access to it. If it is not possible and the writer needs to pay for access to the mentioned resources, the customer is expected to cover the costs.

Timely response from the client is needed for the deadline to be respected.

3.5. Communication. The client should ideally communicate with the writer frequently since it’s in the interest of both parties to have an excellent paper in the end. The website provides a messaging system where conversation histories are recorded in order to keep things fair, should disagreements arise. Customers also have the support department option.
